Research shows there is limited engagement with behavioral healthcare, with many individuals going without the care they need and deserve. Guide+Thrive is a cutting-edge solution, that provides individuals with personalized access to behavioral healthcare; high-touch, concierge behavioral health support, care planning and navigation is delivered telephonically, virtually, and/or in-person at client worksites.

Positions Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter is responsible for growing our team, with ownership of the full talent acquisition lifecycle. Our customers are high-performance professional firms, (ex. global law firms and large physician practices) located in major U.S. and international markets.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Establish a successful talent acquisition function, that succeeds at acquiring top talent across both business and clinical teams
  • Collaborate with our business team during the customer implementation process to acquire high level clinicians for both onsite and virtual service delivery
  • Provide consultation and support during the implementation process and ensure speed of talent acquisition
  • Maintain strong rapport and develop relationships with potential candidates in these markets to ensure a strong talent pipeline as we grow
  • Be familiar with and continually develop their knowledge of the behavioral health landscape work through a consultative approach
  • Will assume direct network development responsibilities, including provider procurement and relations

This position reports to the Vice President, Strategy and Operations, with dotted line reporting to the Director, Human Resources and Administration

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full life-cycle of talent acquisition, including marketing, sourcing, screening, coordinating and scheduling interviews (telephonic, virtual and in-person interviews across time zones), offers, contracting, and on-boarding new team members
  • Deliver quality, pre-screened, active and passive candidates from different channels (Job Boards, Social Media, referrals, etc.)
  • Develop innovative and proactive acquisition strategies to produce high quality active and passive candidates and pipelines
  • Attend career fairs and conventions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet overall recruiting goals and build talent pipelines
  • Learn and thoroughly understand the responsibilities and demands of the groups in which you support
  • Partner and collaborate by conducting regular follow-ups to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
  • Maintain records of candidate engagements, outcomes of screenings and interviews
  • Present regular progress reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws/regulations, and company policies
  • All other duties as assigned

Required experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Preferred, 5+ years’ experience in recruitment
  • Preferred, 2+ years’ experience directly related to recruitment of clinical positions
  • Preferred, 2+ years’ experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experienced with global talent acquisition strategies in major markets a plus
  • Experienced with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ADP experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Predictive Index (PI) a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365
