Meghan Stokes

Meghan is the Vice President of Clinical Consultation, Design and Delivery Services at Guide+Thrive. A native of Washington County, MD, Meghan graduated from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College) and earned a master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in Employee Assistance Programs.

Meghan began her career at BHS in 2004 as a Care Coordinator in the contact center. Since then, she has also held the roles of Contact Center Manager and EAP Director. In 2014, Meghan was named Vice President of Clinical Services where she oversaw all of BHS’ program services, including Guide+Thrive.

Now, as the Vice President of Clinical Consultation, Design and Delivery Services, Meghan upholds our care philosophy and clinical approach, and is responsible for establishing, directing and implementing all clinical operations. She ensures that all members get the help they need and are satisfied with the quality of service they receive from Guide+Thrive. Meghan also provides consultation on strategic initiatives and programming related to well-being and delivers Behavioral Health First Aid program training.

In addition to holding the highest social work licensure, Meghan is also certified as a clinical supervisor and field instructor for undergraduate and graduate programs and has a certification in Critical Incident Stress Management.

In her free time, Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband, whom she met in college, and two young daughters, traveling and cooking.
