Well-Being Week in Law Self-Care Series

The pandemic, social injustice, caregiving challenges, and, of course, all the normal daily stressors continue to impact us all. Self-care has become an important component of our overall well-being.

Today, self-care is a big buzzword. Many relate self-care with things like massages or retail therapy, but there’s so much more to it. Self-care done right incorporates meaningful thoughts or actions that help us holistically address and strengthen our emotional, professional, social, physical, and spiritual health.

In observance of Well-Being Week in Law and Mental Health Month, Guide+Thrive launched its self-care series for attorneys and staff, led by licensed mental health clinicians. This series defines what self-care is and demonstrates best practices for creating a sustainable self-care plan that incorporates holistic well-being.
